1st Simpson’s Renescent Cream of the Crop – 7 month old black bitch in gleaming coat. Very much a baby. Feminine head with good length of foreface and level planes. Dark eyes with lovely soft expression. Good ear-set. Long arched neck into correct shoulder placement. Good tail-set and firm body on good legs with tight feet. Moved out well. Look forward to watching how she develops.
2 Kingsley’s Dainoak Carpe Scelerisque – 7 month old harlequin with great make and shape. She has preferable dark eyes with a lovely expression and black well filled in nose. Strong arched neck into good shoulders. Good top line and tight feet. She moved out strongly fore and aft.

Puppy Bitch (6, 3)
1st Bourton’s Verano Vivacious – 9 month old fawn puppy. Very feminine little girl.  Well off for bone. Delightful soft expression from her dark eyes. Correct earset and well chiseled head. Lovely arched neck into correct shoulders and upper arm. Tight cat-like feet. Moved out with reach and drive. A very promising puppy.
2nd Southgate’s Malbecio Rioja – 11 month old black puppy of heavier frame to 1. She was not at her happiest today and didn’t show herself off to her advantage. She has a strong head but in proportion, good scissor bite, strong neck into good shoulders and tight feet. A bit erratic to gauge her movement but once she settled she strode out well.

Junior Bitch (5, 2)
1st Windmill’s Murrayvhale Miz Congenial – 14 month old lovely fawn girl. She has a super  headpiece with dark eyes full of character. Correct scissor bite, ear set and level planes. Wonderful strong arched neck into correct shoulders with a firm level top line, great spring rib, tight elbows and good loin. Forelegs are straight with flat bone and rear well angled and muscular. She covered the ground well. Considered for Res best bitch but didn’t want to perform in the line up.
2nd Page & Concannon’s Novavida Mist Over Pendle – 13 month old fawn girl. A bit finer than 1 but she also had a lovely head with soft dark eyes. Good length of foreface with broad muzzle and dark mask. Nice arched neck and good forechest. Straight forelegs with tight feet. A bit straight in the rear but that will come as she matures.

Yearling Bitch (2, 0)
1st Ingram’s Zwiebelchen in Flagranti with Dainmajik – 20 month old brindle girl that I could happily have taken home. She just oused quality and formed a stunning outline. Beautiful head of good length and strength of jaw. Narrow skull with broad muzzle. Well filled out under eyes and lips hanging squarely in front. Deep set dark eye and triangular ears folded forward. Strong well arched neck into withers with shoulders well sloped back. Deep brisket with well sprung ribs. Hindquarters muscular and correct tailset. Moved with drive. BIS
2ND Kingsley’s Dainoak Forever in Blue Genes (AI) – 13 month old blue girl who gave a lot away to 1. Sweet girl who is well put together. Nice head with correct planes, long foreface, dark eye and strong jaw. Good dentition. Good front and shoulder placement. Strong bone and level topline. Moved well.

1st – 1st in JB
2nd Middleton’s Dornoir Sinead – 17 month nicely put together blue girl. Lovely make and shape. Well balanced throughout. Correct head, ear set and dentition. Lovely arched strong neck into correct shoulders. Ample front and straight forelegs on good feet and strong musclular hindquarters. Moved around the ring with ease.

Limit Bitch (3, 1)
1st Newton’s Jaydania Angel of Harlem with Darlou – 3 year old fawn girl with nice expression. Good ear set, dark eye and dentition. Nice front and depth of brisket. Firm level topline and good tail-set. Moved well.
2nd McGowan’s Shlarra Picture Perfect at Penmarlam – 4 year old fawn girl with good substance. I would prefer a more feminine head but it was level with good length of foreface and dark kindly eyes. Strong neck into muscular shoulders and forechest. Moved ok.

Open Bitch (3, 0)
1st McGuiness, Nelson & Hooker’s Garsak I Surrender Dinhatron – A well put together 2 year old fawn of nice make and shape. She has a lovely headpiece with nice dark mask. Correct ear-set, dentition and strength of jaw. Flat skull with decided rise over the brow and dark deep set eyes. Her neck is long, clean and well arched. Strong fore and hind quarters, with deep brisket. She moved out soundly in the class but I felt she didn’t do so well in the lineup where I was considering her for RBB.
2nd Middleton’s Taysca Must Be Cartier at Dornoir JW – 4 year old black girl who is so nicely balanced. She has the most lovely expression from her dark deep set eyes. Lovely head with good length of foreface, broad muzzle and correct planes. Good strong topline and strong legs. Needs a good nail trim which spoiled the look of her feet. She moved nicely around the ring with drive.
3rd Prazak & Dickson’s Jawa Casa Di Amici

Special Veteran Bitch (3, 0)
1st Dyson’s Ch Selmalda Journey to Melody at Samdice – 7 year old fawn lady who is the Mother to my Best Dog. She has a typical dane head piece with correct earset, broad muzzle and good length of foreface. Strong forechest and straight forelegs with good angulation on the rear. Strong neck into withers and still a nice firm level topline which she held on the move, that could put some years younger to shame.
2nd Ingram’s Dainmajik Witches Brew (AI) – Another 7 year old fawn who was looking far younger than her years. She too has a superb head, lovely length of foreface, darkest of eyes and correct ear size and set.  Super front and depth of brisket, with straight forelegs with flat bone onto tight feet. Her rear has weakened somewhat from last time I saw her which is to be expected at her age but she still managed to get round the ring with ease.

2nd – Abbott’s Nikami Serenade – Lovely 3 year old girl who I have admired in the past. She has a lovely soulful expression from her dark eyes. Super length of foreface, level head planes and broad muzzle. Nice neck flowing into withers with correct shoulder placement. Strong topline and good rear angulation. Nice mover.

Special Open Fawn Bitch (2, 1)
1st– Prazak & Dickson’s J-Lo Qwirynus – 2 year old fawn girl. A bit short in the foreface but with nice dark eyes and correct dentition. She has a strong front and deep ribs but is short in the body with rounded croup set which spoils her overall balance. Movement was a bit erratic.

Special Open Blue Bitch (3, 1)
1st Kingsley’s Dainoak Agent Provocateur ShCM – 5 year old girl who stood and moved steady as a rock. She has a nice head with a lovely expression. Good length and strength of jaw and well filled in below the eyes. Good earset, with complete and level scissor bite. Neck long and well arched, with deep brisket and well sprung ribs. Good turn of stifle and low set hocks. RBB
2nd Strano’s Fontanarossa Nevada – 10 month old girl, who like her male kennel partner needs discipline and proper training. She was a struggle to go over but she had a nice headpiece with good expression and length of foreface. Good angles all round but quite steep in the croup which spoils her outline. Movement was too hard to assess properly as she didn’t settle.

Special Open Harlequin Bitch (4, 2)
1st Croft’s Wunderhund Striptease at Doubtwell – 7 year old girl who can still move round the ring with ease. Beautifully marked harlequin. She has a lovely soft elderly expression. Good length of foreface and dark eyes and nose. Nice front and still has good strong legs and front.
2nd Ingram’s Gracia Vom Dwergter Sand of Dainmajik – 10 month old girl with snowy white background with black torn patches. She has a nice head with good strength of jaw. Straight forelegs with nice flat bone. Nice front and good angles. Not as good a mover as 1 but shes only a baby and has loads of time to settle into herself.
